What is the best way to apply? The only way to apply for a Synygy position is by online application. The process is quick; simply click on the link, answer a few questions and upload or enter your resume.
I’ve submitted my resume, what do I do now? Once your resume is submitted, it will be reviewed by our recruiters and hiring managers. If approved, a member of Synygy Human Resources will contact you (typically in one to two weeks) to discuss your qualifications in further detail and possible next steps.
How is compensation structured? Synygy follows a pay-for-performance approach to compensation. Target salaries of all employees are comprised of two parts: a fixed portion paid monthly and a variable portion paid quarterly. The variable component is linked to individual performance measures. Most employees achieve their target pay; however, people who do not meet expectations receive less than their target and over-achievers receive more than their target.
How will my performance be measured? At the end of each quarter, you meet with your mentor to set individual and team objectives for the next quarter and to assess your accomplishments of the past quarter. In addition, your mentor and your coworkers evaluate your performance in terms of our five core values and your job skills. We also measure client satisfaction each quarter. (For client-facing employees, our clients provide individual assessments of performance.) These objectives achievement scores, coworker evaluations, and client assessments and/or satisfaction ratings all contribute to determining the variable component of your salary.
Do you provide specific job training? While we believe that learning occurs by doing, Synygy provides an extensive internal training program on topics ranging from business communication to using our software. In addition, outside technical training (or other specialized training) is provided to employees who need to increase their skills to perform their jobs more effectively.
