Among other CSR activities, Synygy India participates in an annual summer camp organized by Friends of Children NGO to help under privileged kids in career planning and developing life skills. Apart from giving the students tips on preparing for competitive exams and making career decisions, they also share light moments where students and volunteers dance and sing songs or play games.
In this year’s camp Synygy volunteers had a discussion with students to help them identify their strengths and weaknesses and what they want to do in their lives. Synygy team also conducted an analytical test to help students gauge the level of preparation required for competitive exams and recruitment processes.
